About Us

My name is Kevin Hockenbary, being from South Dakota, and growing up in and around the Midwest I always had a camera in my hand, be it my mothers 35 mm Kodak, grandmothers Polaroid, or a disposable I was always taking pictures of my siblings, or surroundings.  I aways loved capturing moments, and the beauty of my surroundings.     

     While living in Rapid City South Dakota in my mid twenties, i was always in awe by the beautiful Black Hills, and surrounding areas.  Whether I was hiking in the Badlands National Park, or driving through the beautiful Black Hills i always felt a strong sense of wanting to capture and share the beauty of Nature.  For Me, "Photography is about sharing a moment in time which can never be experienced again."
